Horizon Forbidden West

Back in late 2019 I was approached by Guerrilla Games to create a benchmark asset for the then unannounced Horizon Forbidden West. This benchmark was to be sent to design houses and distributers to give them an idea of what kind of style the studio wanted for their merchandise line.

The idea behind this was “futuristic cave painting”, showing how the tribes would be depicting Aloy’s journey through the tools they have.
